Qualit\u00e9, Suivi et R\u00e9clamations<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suivi et Garantie :<\/strong> Le client reconna\u00eet et accepte l&rsquo;utilisation du syst\u00e8me de <strong>tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 par QR Code<\/strong> comme preuve d&rsquo;heure et de transparence de l&rsquo;intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9clamations :<\/strong> Toute insatisfaction concernant la qualit\u00e9 du service doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e par \u00e9crit (e-mail) \u00e0 VIP Environnement dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de <strong>24 heures<\/strong> suivant la fin de l&rsquo;intervention. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, la prestation est r\u00e9put\u00e9e conforme et accept\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 :<\/strong> VIP Environnement est assur\u00e9e contre les dommages mat\u00e9riels caus\u00e9s par la faute av\u00e9r\u00e9e de son personnel. Notre responsabilit\u00e9 est limit\u00e9e au montant couvert par notre assurance Responsabilit\u00e9 Civile Professionnelle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8<strong> \u2013 Services Airbnb &amp; Booking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les marques <strong>Airbnb<\/strong> et <strong>Booking.com<\/strong> sont des marques d\u00e9pos\u00e9es appartenant \u00e0 leurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s respectives.<br><strong>VIP Environment<\/strong> n\u2019est ni affili\u00e9e, ni partenaire officiel de ces plateformes.<br>Nos services de nettoyage et d\u2019entretien sont <strong>ind\u00e9pendants<\/strong>, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 accompagner les <strong>propri\u00e9taires et h\u00f4tes<\/strong> utilisant ces plateformes pour leurs locations saisonni\u00e8res.<br>Notre objectif est de <strong>garantir la propret\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et la satisfaction des voyageurs<\/strong>, en toute autonomie et professionnalisme<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-fc23958\" id=\"article-9-force-majeure\" data-block-id=\"fc23958\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Article 9 &#8211; Force Majeure<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>VIP Environnement ne saurait \u00eatre tenue responsable de tout retard, emp\u00eachement ou inex\u00e9cution totale ou partielle de ses obligations r\u00e9sultant d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de <strong>force majeure<\/strong> ou d\u2019un cas fortuit au sens de l\u2019article 269 du Code des Obligations et Contrats marocain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme cas de force majeure, sans que cette liste soit limitative :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les catastrophes naturelles (inondations, tremblements de terre, temp\u00eates, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les incendies, pand\u00e9mies, \u00e9pid\u00e9mies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les gr\u00e8ves totales ou partielles internes ou externes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les pannes ou coupures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les blocages de transport ou difficult\u00e9s d\u2019approvisionnement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les d\u00e9cisions administratives ou gouvernementales emp\u00eachant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de force majeure, l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du contrat sera suspendue pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, sans indemnit\u00e9 ni p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 pour les deux parties.<br>Si la dur\u00e9e d\u00e9passe <strong>30 jours<\/strong>, chacune des parties pourra r\u00e9silier le contrat de plein droit par simple notification \u00e9crite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-0f5d67e\" id=\"article-10-reclamations\" data-block-id=\"0f5d67e\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Article 10 &#8211; R\u00e9clamations<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute r\u00e9clamation doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e par \u00e9crit \u00e0 VIP Environnement dans un d\u00e9lai de 48 heures suivant la prestation.
